Whether I am running workshops or meeting with clients, many people I speak with are often amazed at how many adults collect LEGO. Of course, once we start playing with LEGO in a workshop, it becomes clear to the participants why – LEGO is fun no matter what age you are, and has many benefits.

I was recently interviewed by the Financial Post newspaper here in Canada for an article exploring the relationship between adults and LEGO, and the growing trend of collecting LEGO amongst adults.

The article highlights various Adult Fans of LEGO (AFOLs) from across the Greater Toronto Area, including noted hobbyists Simon Liu and Chris Magno.

As Toronto’s resident professional, independent LEGO master and artist, the journalist team from the Financial Post came to my workshop to film me building and ask me to share about my experiences as a brick artist. You can check out the full article here on the Financial Post’s website.
