My First DUPLO Bar
Posted on June 24, 2015
Most of the creations I make with LEGO are based upon commissions – different companies or private individuals reaching out to me for a specific need – but sometimes, I build things for myself, like a life-sized bar made out of DUPLO.

Metro Morning is a radio show on CBC Radio One, broadcast locally in Toronto. According to some stats, it is one of the most listened to shows in Canada.
On May 20th, 2015, BrickManGraeme was invited to come to meet with host Matt Galloway. Together, they discussed Graeme’s love of LEGO throughout his life, how Graeme became a Master Model Builder, and forging an uncharted career path.
Be sure to check out the Metro Morning website for the podcast.
EDIT: Although i was able to get a copy of the broadcast, it appears that the CBC has had some issues uploading it, and will be unable to have it posted onto their site. Sorry to let you down, readers – you’ll just have to catch me on the air next time!

Whether I am running workshops or meeting with clients, many people I speak with are often amazed at how many adults collect LEGO. Of course, once we start playing with LEGO in a workshop, it becomes clear to the participants why – LEGO is fun no matter what age you are, and has many benefits.
I was recently interviewed by the Financial Post newspaper here in Canada for an article exploring the relationship between adults and LEGO, and the growing trend of collecting LEGO amongst adults.

Coolest Thing I’ve Ever Made

When I began my life as a freelance LEGO Brick Artist, I was fortunate to not only build some great models, but some great connections as well. I think my favourite part of being a Brick Artist has to be all of the awesome people I have met along the way. I have been really fortunate to collaborate on many unique visions, and one of my first projects has definitely remained one of the Coolest that I’ve ever worked on.
LEGO Brand Retail Yorkdale – October Fan Window
Posted on October 1, 2014
As a member of Torolug, I had the fortune of being able to build a display window the LEGO Brand Retail store at Yorkdale Mall for the month of October. I had wanted to build a model of Chernabog from Fantasia for some time (nearly 3 years from when I first had the idea), and felt it would be a good fit for a Halloween themed build.
